I am in-network with Regence BCBS, Aetna, Moda, and Optum, and Carelon Behavioral Health in Oregon through Headway.
If you have a different insurance than those listed above I would be considered an out-of-network provider. I can offer a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for OON reimbursement. Many health insurance companies will cover some percentage of the cost of therapy.
My standard out-of-pocket rate per 50-minute session is $175.
In some instances, I can provide sliding scale fees. Please inquire about your eligibility.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel or reschedule with 24-hour notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
No Surprises Act
Starting in 2022, there are new protections that prevent surprise medical bills. If you have private health insurance, these new protections ban the most common types of surprise bills.
